What kind of screen filter?

1. I use antiglare screen which has come really handy, I had it replaced from the shitty Glossy screen that every company is selling today. The brand is Dell but I guess you are using a PC and 3M makes the best anti-glare screens for PC. Only Dell makes(and always did) and sells anti-glare screens with their cheap line of laptops(inpirons) or you have to go high-end. I also found Asus using really good screen+software on their budget laptops that control blue light radiation which bothers the eye.

2. There are a few softwares that protect your eyes like F.lux and the one I use…Hacker vision app for chrome. Also, previously discussed here.

3. There are few UV-protection eye glasses available that should do the job for cheap.

From posture would like to remind that don’t slouch while working on computer. I use a tool without a back support.

I ordered Anti-glare eyeglasses from Lenskart 3 years ago, my eyes didn’t feel comfortable at all, used for few weeks and then lying in the shelf since. It was around Rs. 600 for me by using 1000 GV discount code.

One thing I experienced wearing those anti-glare glasses is it makes your eyes tired. Didn’t comforted my eyes for long hours working on PC’s. Maybe quality of lenses matter.
