Is Flipkart still blocking accounts for using gift cards?

Yesterday I checked my old account which was blocked by flipkart in February. And it was unlocked. I am able to use it now. 
Dont place many big orders esp ordering mobiles through gc one after the other in short time. 2-3 orders will be ok in long time through gc
I called their customer care.
Had to explain them 6-7 times to make this go through their head and finally disconnected the call.
No doubt amazon customer care is far better than Flipkart CS.
Anyways ordered a laptop worth 26k. Now I still have 10k balance.
Yes. All these ive made multiple orders via cc.
This one time i placed an order by adding 9k vouchers, account blocked immediately.
Reason they said-purchase trends, reseller blah blah.
Then why didn’t they find it all these yrs?

bcoz im not getting any good discount so why planning to get GC at discounted price for my mobile purchase !
This is ludicrous , why ban account, why issue GV in first place , if they are going to ban anyways.
Bought 5 phones using GV within a month. Now I can’t purchase anymore phones from that account, gets cancelled everytime I order. Other orders gets processed without any issue.
I guess they fixed it now. Instead of terminating whole account they’re blocking specific orders.
Nothing like that.
Do not complaint to customer care about order cancellation.
If you complain, your account will get blocked.
And your account is marked for re-seller and cannot purchase any electronics item even a pen drive
