amazon charging delivery fee of 80 rs for cart more than 499/- (actually 1000+) and no std delivery option coming..only two days delivery option with 80/- charges and free prime delivery options are shown at checkout.

Are all the Amazon fulfilled items for order more than 499 being delivered on same address? If yes, then there should be no delivery charges. You can check with cc in that case
Not sure bro then what is the issue
So AZ trying new tricks to ask user to buy prime membership or pay 2 day delivery charges for no reason even though products are FBA and above 499 
further it is not allowing to buy most of the personal care / lightening deal items with error “non deliverable to my address (new delhi)” and today is last day to avail 200 off 400 offer.
Delivery charges for orders above 499 are waived off only for Amazon fulfilled orders. For seller fulfilled orders even prime members get charged of delivery fees
