Guys,Is it possible to do only jio prime membership rc of 99? Or need to do rc with anyplan+99 ?

And is it possible to do 10,20,50 rs rc’s to jio phone(jio phone not smart phone sim) ?
If yes is it possible to activate plans like 125 or 75 from main bal?(jio phone not smart phone sim)
