write to them, wait for one or two days.
If more urgent or credits expiring sooner, just call them and make them understand the urgency.

They only need the NEFT details. Not sure though whether on phone is enough or email is needed.
also; you can tell them that your accountant has asked you to not take unexplained credits in bank account.
Then most sites even allow you to take the refund to even others bank account than the one registered with the site or on the order.
