I am from Patna, raw amla season is off now.
Any food at moderation is better than having only 1 type of healthy food. Your body needs all kinds of things. Every day eat different kinds of food, that is not poison, but in moderation.
I am taking one spoon only
Dry amla is easily available. Soak it overnight and use. My bose always kept awala in his drawer.
But not at fancy store where you buy your cheese
I never knew dry amla also exist
patanjali products are of low quality
have used many and then switched back from them
take dry amla, amla powder
you can search in your city market of online after the lockdown
I get it from my city market easily
thats why most shops of there’s is closed !!
some products are ok but most are just patheticcc in quality
All patanjali products contain harmful elements and many are downright fakes/synthetic
Do you have proof? Without proof you can be sent to jail for defaming case.
Don’t use patanjali products..ever..
Ok then what should we use? Hindustan Unilever or Fair & Lovely or Horlicks (which is full of sugar). I think u have seen just now HUL increased Sanitizer prices. BTW i don’t use useless sanitizers they are not good for skin.
i eat patanjali amla murabba
its so gud ….
bhai, usme bhi preservatives and sugar bhara hua hai.
Even if any company claims 100% purity u never know…why risk? And one thing is for sure anything that has be shelved needs to come with preservatives…also always consume seasonal fruits and Veggies…if amla is not available in market it means its off season for amla and may not be good to consume in any form as per ayurveda…..act according to nature.
It is not healthy, loaded with salt
Instead eat raw amla when u get it, and you can also dry it and eat it rest of the year.
