It is not healthy, loaded with salt

Instead eat raw amla when u get it, and you can also dry it and eat it rest of the year.

Any food at moderation is better than having only 1 type of healthy food. Your body needs all kinds of things. Every day eat different kinds of food, that is not poison, but in moderation.

many suggested me to take amla for my greying hair
so I took the easiest option and consumed patanjali amla juice for about a year
no difference
then I took dry amla for about 3 months and I was able to see difference in my hair
my barber also said so
since then I keep eating dry amla every 2-3 months

Ok then what should we use? Hindustan Unilever or Fair & Lovely or Horlicks (which is full of sugar). I think u have seen just now HUL increased Sanitizer prices. BTW i don’t use useless sanitizers they are not good for skin.

Do you have proper scientific proofs that their products are any good?

Is fear of defamation case above your diet and freedom or do you have some personal financial interest in these companies?

Patanjali may or may not contain harmful ingredients, but one thing is for sure , the quality of most patanjali products is below average , i agree that even HUL doesnt have the same quality that they would sell in some foreign nation, but still they are better than patanjali.

Few patanjali products i tried but found pathetic- Noodles ( i found hair in the first packet itself, had to throw away the complete lot of 10 packs), Jams, soaps, shampoos
Patanjali products which are good- Ghee, Murabba (almost all variants are good) , anardana, etc. Not sure of other products they make .

Lifebuoy from HUL is not a good soap though smile

For the increase in sanitizer prices- No matter how much these companies increase the price , they cant sell over 100 rupees per 200 ml, so no meaning of talking about that

All skin brightening creams are hoax and same for horlicks and all , no company is recommended for that, home remedies work best or otherwise nothing (Which is industrially made) could help in that case

P- All this is based on personal experience, so nothing is right or wrong here

I have used many products and i am sure they are good and worthy.

What product you use? Have you ever done scientific testing before eating it? Absolutely you haven’t done it.

Placebo effects are not scientific proofs.

I have few relatives/contacts who are working in Nestle, Verka and Other food tech companies. From what i have heard from them, I will buy Nestle products with my eyes closed. And i wouldn’t buy Verka products. Nestle takes quality control quite seriously. I also happen to know about few roadside factories in Haryana, who manufacture products for Patanjali. They produce 3rd grade products and patanjali just puts their sticker on them.

Although i don’t know anyone directly working inside Patanjali, I can guess their ethics from one simple fact : Baba talked against Maggi and Jeans and has started selling low grade noodles and torn-jeans himself. I wouldn’t believe charlatans (atleast for food items)

Nestle is western company, they are always very clean hence allergies (due to squeaky clean homes, food) , nerve, bowel diseases (more clean implies more chemicals ) are common among the richest elites.
No organism was made to eat absolutely clean or live in squeaky clean environment because we are made of same stuff as our earth.
