Is it worth having Paytm citi credit card?
I already have Amazon pay icici card.
Also Is the card eligible for the citi offers on makemytrip, etc.? Are there any other benefits?

No, offers for Paytm Citi cards are different, they are not considered as regular citi cards
Only one of the bank which has implemented this, which differentiates bank card with co branded card
