Is seller NEEL on Paytm Mall trustable?

I’m planning to buy a laptop of Acer, and the model which I’m looking for is available only on Paytm by some sellers including NEEL. i was wondering if the seller is trustable. I’m also planning to purchase extended warranty from Acer’s online portal, and the seller NEEL doesn’t seem to be a brand authorised seller as I don’t see the badge on Paytm Mall. Could that be an issue in buying extended warranty from Acer or a proper invoice (including GST) like that offered by Paytm should be fine ? I’ll really appreciate your views.

He doesn’t provide genuine products and it’s not safe to buy anything from Paytm except doing recharge and booking tickets.
How come my laptop is genuine and I was able to get an extended warranty with my laptop’s serial number from Acer if the products are not genuine?
Can someone who’s bought from NEEL, put a pic of their bill. I’m from Nagpur and I can check it out and also check out the product in person. Would be a great help.
