No! i dont think any phone now cannot handle two 4g!

Why would you like to do that? 4G signal eats battery like a pig. So use 4G only when you need otherwise change the signal back to 3G/2G. your phone’s battery will survive the day.
@OP VOLTE stands for Voice Over LTE signal. It’s a service limited by the carrier not hardware AFAIK.
All 4G phones can use for VoLTE
Have 4g phone ? Install Jiojoin app and use VoLTE
SImple…..

bro, phone should also support. all 4g phones dont support VoLTE but support data on LTE/4g. VoLTE doesnt need join jio app but is req when ur phone doesn’t support VoLTE.
@getready pls correct me if im wrong.

Most of the phones with 4G funtionality do support VOLTE but some with Legacy processor powered LTE devices wont get VOLTE functionality AFAIK
Usually this VOLTE is also a royalty feature and Processor manufacturers do block this functionality similar to blocking quick charge on support processors. OEMs have to pay more to Qualcomm / Mediatek to get the feature unlock

Are you sure about manufacturers blocking rhe VoLTE functionality, if so, this might be the reason LeEco/LeTV is denying VoLTE for Le1s

Yes it’s just a matter of software unlock. Oneplus might be releasing a patch for unlocking VOLTE.
Yes
