Since it involves two transactions, you need a third party guarantor. As on today, we do not have this kind of mechanism yet in India. But it is a good business, if some one makes it as a business.

Is it online or offline?
If offline, with card only it will work, so you are safe.
If online, national payments, OTP will come to your mobile, so you are safe.
For International payments, for some credit card, OTP won’t come so remember to disable Inernational payments if you are not using.
Set daily limits in card or maximum debit in one trasaction for single time usage.
