It can be one of following reasons :-

1)Technical glitch ( I always got 4% without any issue)
2) Eligible for offer > Only RS.25
3)A single txn of Rs.25 , other txn u may have done next day which u would get later
4)U spent 9999 , the monthly limit of 10k > Voucher add karne ki jagah hi baki nahi.. they will add bal in next month

Used it on Amazon. I think my wallet limit (BMS+ Udio+ Payu+ Payzapp) exceeded, that might be the reason.

Udio had given me a Rs.14 coupon now it says Rs.13. Wo ek rupya tumhe de diya lagta hai…wapas karo
