Issue with Little App, Need help.

I bought a saloon deal from little app. But later I’ve read all bad reviews about the saloon, so I cancelled the deal and bought another saloon deal and used it. This happened on 15th September. I requested the cancellation for the first deal on 15th and after 11 days I’m still waiting for the cancellation. There is no customer care number or email address or anything in the app. The deal expires in 4 days, is there anyway I can contact little app customer care ?

I bought the deal for 300rupees. Should I lose hope on my refund ?
