I had cancelled an order with big basket which was paid through wallet money. It has been five days and the money has not yet been refunded back to the wallet. When I wrote back to them they replied that the refunded has been initiated. So much time to get refund into their own wallet! Not only that they are refusing to refund the service guarantee amount of Rs 150 which was used in the cancelled order citing ‘services guarantee are not refundable nor transferable’. Strange!

I had asked for the refund and they are saying 6-7 working days needed. Already 5 days have passed.
BB had given me Rs 150 as service guarantee in my bb wallet which I had used in one of the orders. Later I requested them to cancel the order, now they are refusing to refund that amount.
