Yesterday it was 46, today it’s like hot blast. What the F is happening.
I think something happened to our earth tilt recently which scientists are not telling to avoid panic. A meteorite/ asteroid was about to strike earth around 10 days back. No idea if it struck or not but I did notice that Saptarshi constellation which was right over the head last week, has suddenly moved 20°-26° from there in just 2-3 days. So if you too noticed anything strange, please discuss here. Atleast we can gossip before we become extinct 😂🤣
On a serious note, please avoid using ACs as much you can so that your body can adjust to the growing temperature. Don’t hide from sunlight but sweat it out. Drink normal water, instead of colder one. This is the best time to lose weight if you are fat. With Mind (self) Control (as Rahul Baba suggested) you can lose weight. Just eat less, avoid sitting/sleeping in ACs, sweat it out, walk, exercise, drink normal plain water, no mithai, no alcohol or no sweets, no fat foods totally; eat fruits during morning/afternoon as much as you can, esp fibrous ones. On a serious note, its not us Indians (esp politicians and private contractors felling a few thousands of trees in the name of fake ass ‘development’) only who had contributed to global warming. But ALL of these 1st world countries have contributed so much to the worsening condition of earth and making developing and under developed countries as their garbage bins!
Just look at US/UK/EU and South Korea at the amount of shit they send legally as well as illegally to China, Malaysia and Phillipines. These 3 countries are now bravely pushing their garbage back at them.
Its just mind boggling!
