I loved to shop i super value day of amazon but 4 to 5 times I have faced issue like damaged products and missing qty. …. according to t&c … I can’t return Refund or take replacement … hence I left with no option but to bear loss of damged or loss qty.

is there any soltion for this… so I will remain eligible for super value day gift card …. and not have to bear such loss….

share your experiences please …. Thanks

Just share your concerns with Amazon CC. If some product is not proper & seller provides replacement they will do it without hitting SVD benefit.
Else they may issue you a GC as goodwill gesture.
Don’t misuse this.

In March, I got two products which are promotional products to be sold only in Nepal 😀 Vaseline, Surf Excel detergent. I haven’t participated in Super sale after that.

have you done this before yourself?
they offered me replacement but I denied as i thought …. they are fooling me and I will get gc if I decided to take a replacement from them in “Super value day”

I never got such products but yes they ship all Rs 3000 carts like garbage and after continous complain about shipping too … same thing is going on from last 4 months …. or else there werent any issue with amazon before 4 month…

When you talk to them keep mentioning that if I go for Change it should not affect my GV… They will assure you & use this chat record for any future issue. Even you can ask Agent to make a note in account.

In my case I even got refund for a product, shopping value fall below 3000 but as I had taken assurance they credited manually
