jio 5 GB data vouchers disappeared !

I have 10 vouchers of 5 GB data each , today i have done checking where only 4 vouchers shown , when i contact care told there is no transaction of recharge ,
Any one faced same issue ?

So u are saying that the top up of 50 by which we get 5 gb data expires in 90 days?
do they still give extra data vouchers on recharge of 10/20/50/100 top ups

In 90 days, they expire if unused.
Any idea how to find out when did the voucher credit to the account?
I just saw in history of vouchers it is showing when u purchased.

Currently I’m on 399 plan which is valid for another 2 days. If I redeem all the available data vouchers now and queue an affordable pack like 129/-, can I utilize the redeemed data vouchers after I consume 2Gb from the upcoming pack?
The data voucher will be valid till active base plan.. So first check validity in history.. If it is not expiring within 2 days then u can add that afterwards as per your requirement

Update: I spoke to Jio customer care. Apparently the data voucher is only valid on the plan it is activated. And it will expire along with the plan. Hence not a good idea to expect it to continue on the upcoming plan
If u have redeemed the data vouchers, nothing can be done..
If not, activate the next plan and them redeem the voucher..

I lost 4×5gb un-redeemed vouchers.
Yes same here. I lost 10gb 1 voucher and 5gb 2 vouchers
i have also lost 1GB / 2GB / 5Gb / 10GB data vouchers plus the daily add on 2 times activated all that was remaining after reading this post
original Data Voucher time validity on the day it was purchased should also be considered and the current plan expiry time should be matched
if the time overlaps each other then one can activate the new plan on expiry of old plan and then immediately redeem the data vouchers
This Seems a Marketing Gimmick !
As told by Jio for every 10 /- Topup 1 gb voucher will gets credited but there is secret kept aside as the voucher expires in 90 days 
As a result many users lost millions of data vouchers , mine lost total 50 gb on 2 jio numbers !
First time in my area Jio Speed got Improved after this New Facility Launched " Wifi Calling " in previous many complaints sent to jio to fix this issue but time has came and issue fixed automatically 
In previous days hardly 500 MB got consumed as Jio Speed was 1 Mbps !
So I had used Airtel at that time
Now Jio Speed is around 27 Mbps in my area , so Now using Jio & all data getting exhausted in minutes & Now need of data and 50 gb vouches are lost 
After reading this, I checked on my jio app and only 4 vouchers remained out of 7! I used one recently so I remembered.
jio cc told that i had 4 only! Scheming bandits!
