Hello all,
I am not able to reedem 5Gb promo voucher of jio? Anyone know why I am facing this issue.? I just activate below plan

Not sure if extra data can be added to All-in-one affordable plans
Just remembered, I recharged 129₹ plan and activated all 5gb, 2 gb, 2gb free data packs… so try login logout or redeem that from web login

If that voucher is against any device offer and you got that for recharging through another device then it will not work on current device
If that is for 50₹ recharge top up , then check the recharge history, all these Free Data Vouchers are expiring in 90 days if not redeemed. Will freeze for a day or two and then expire
