Wtf is this 3 months not finished yet but migrated to welcome offer they should wait for 3 months to finish …but 1 good thing is that now I can use my lyf jio sim in any 4g device. But I want my data back for remaining days of 3 months otherwise fayda kya hua sda hua fone lene ka.

Is JioTV too eating from that same 4gb data or it runs separately ?

haven’t tried jiotv but same 128kbps speed for Jio music

As per their welcome offer t&c Jio apps should work unlimited as they’ve only mentioned capping on data.

Counter is not reset. Pathetic system. How will they handle the billing with such erroneous systems?

I was planning yesterday to get a wifi device to use JioPlay with my TV without much inconvenience. Glad didn’t order yesterday.

Talked to customer care of Jio.
Firstly they dont understand what cap is. Every query asked they need to confirm with supervisor
As per them the CAP timing is not reset at 12:00 everyday but at the time you received the Message for extension of validity
When asked about why the lyf mobile users are not given 90 days unlimited data as promised, he said that they cant do anything about it and we need to live with it.
I told him that people have paid Money for getting the 90 day offer which Reliance should honor. Then too same answer that they cant do anything about it
I asked him to take a complaint andhe said that even if he takes a complaint it will be rejected..
Is this how Reliance will do business in future??

they have been following same pattern since jio sim preview offer activations
my 90days preview offer ended on Aug 26, 12:57pm. I got sim activation message on May 25 12:57pm

After Jan 1, I guess they will follow usual time schedule like others

About to touch 5GB today but still no cap… Although I got the sms yesterday evening but it seems they’re rolling it gradually and will take few days to be effective for everybody…

I’m downloading in utorrent and its currently showing 5.1GB download in this run. Apart from that I’ve downloaded almost a GB via IDM. So, I’m pretty sure I’ve downloaded much more than 4GB today.

Just for confirmation, download 4-5 GB more before the data counter reset time (the time you got the welcome offer SMS)

This is what I wrote to them that why were we forced to buy a cheap phone worth 4/6K when we had phones worth more than 30k? What was the purpose of buying a Lyf phone when both who spent 6k or more and those who got a free sim were treated the same by RJio?
