I am using jio on sim 1 if I switch on data on sim 2,jio is showing as no service.my device is moto e3 power

same problem,here also,i am also using moto e3 power,when i switch off sim 1 and sim 2 it is working.

Rjio doesn’t have 2G/3G network as of now so when you will switch the second sim in 4G mode the JIO slot will try to find 2G/3G as per your phone’s specification and since it won’t be able to find it you won’t be able to use it.
So, don’t switch the second slot to 4G if not using 4G on it.

Even the second sim is restricted to 2g data.The sim one(jio) is locked to 2g.It is blocked.
