Jio IUC charges for other mobiles from main balance?

I have never done 399+10 or other IUC recharges yet but done only recharge via main balance this month, but have some main balance, today my free 30 mins iuc is expriing , what will happen now if i call other mobiles from tomorrow onwards, do they take the amout from my available main balance or i cannot make calls without that 399+10 etc recharges

It is 1p for 10sec (calculated, but will be charged per min basis)
People were happy with 1p for 1sec (DoCoMo era)
