May be jio servers are down ,if sim is locked than u need to change imei ( not advised)

jio4gvoice app is required to connect, if volte is not avilable
for data 4g-LTE is ok. put in sim slot 1 where 4G data is enabled……….
jio has restricted access for only 4g mobiles …..redmi 2 set for band40, jio welcome offer on band 3. jio has bands 3,5,40.
change band on your phone and try..
