Jio Number Deactivated , any solution ?

Hi friends,
I have Jio number which was deactivated !
I have more than Rs. 1600 /- balance on that number !
I have visited jio centre to get new sim ( replacement ) but after they have entered my number told number is not valid !
contacted care told we have sent you message to take postpaid connection in previous and you have not responded and hence connection deactivated !
But here no message or call received from jio regarding that before deactivation !

I think connection is deactivated and not converted to postpaid. They asked to do it as u didnt extnd validity. I suggest do 98 recharge from amzn if it succeed ur no will get activated again else amzn refund 98.
People are complaining that their sims which haven’t been recharged for years are still not deactivated in Jio.
Something is wrong here. You should escalate it to higher ups.
yup i have a 2 year old Jio prepaid sim , never recharged even with a single rupee , and it works
file a complaint on PGPortal for violation of TRAI guidelines. You had enough balance. They can not deactivate. They can only deduct the balance till it becomes Zero..
I recharged my mother’s Jio phone after 8 months. Receive 5-10 incoming call everyday, bank OTP but they haven’t deactivated my number. Actually Jio is the only operator who allow incoming calls,sms even after pack expiry.
I have 4 such extra jio numbers with balances which i use one by one on rotational basis never deactivated because all are having good balances.
But yeah a year back a 2 yr old jio sim which was used only during free service without any main balance got deactivated and i really felt bad 
So if I want to keep a number active only for incoming calls and SMS with minimum recharge jio is the best I think because in airtel and vodafone monthly almost 50 rs recharge is to be done. I am thinking of porting one such airtel number to jio is it a good idea? I have 3 jio numbers for 3 family members but I recharge them monthly because we use it for outgoing calls and data .
Today i inserted my one such old jio sim after few months and although 4g was coming but was not getting volte 
I thought sim gone but later found the new Oreo update of Lg v20 they removed Volte feature

I think the jio store from which you got that sim is responsible behind this…i didn’t recharged for 4 3month. jio store guy called me to do recharges.. otherwise sim ll be deactivated..
what happened bro? did trai reply or are they still sleeping?
No reply and no activation of that number , wasted 1600/- balance and number as well , seems they have blocked that series some numbers , my number starts with 830XXXXXXX ,
first number bought when it was started mean Jio services started !
First time a network company blocked number having balance !
Even TRAI haven’t responded in this matter , seems they have received bribe to see quietly and don’t respond in this matter !
So I suggest everyone don’t load main balances in any network sim card number otherwise you lose money and rest of mind !
