Unable Recharge My jio Phone from Amazon ,Paytm .

Same….error on Amazon Pay also….then i had to recharge from Myjio only☹️

Bro just recharge with top-up of 100 from any wallet than go to My-Jio and click on recharge select jiophone recharge than you will see 75 plan select that plan and than it took you to payment gateway than select your main bal. And done. This is a way to recharge through wallets otherwise you can follow all steps of my jio and at payment gateway you can select your card or upi and recharge it with your card.

that was fine when we got FTT on 100 top up and above

same error with my jiophone mnp sim since i purchased it last year CC is clueless and keeps telling me to recharge through myjio
