Jio SIM data active but not voice... How to activate voice?

Got Jio SIM from someone after much hassle but found only data is active but not voice. Don’t have identification number given at time of taking the sim. Can someone help me please. TIA

I thinks its router sim that’s why not activated with voice
you can check with cc to get it activated

Dont think so. I am using jiofi sim in my redmi note 3. changed it eith jiofi sim as the number was a bit better than the one which was issued on my redmi note 3. Both sims are working fine after interchanging, i.e., i can still make calls.

@vijkap201 if you have volte supported phone then turn on volte or if your phone does not support volte use jiovoice app…

No bro, thru Jio4GVoice app if I try to call it asks me to be ready with last 4 digits of identification number for activation which I do not have. Only data is active and not voice.
