You will only see the effects of tariff hikes on speeds after 3-6 months.
Most people have recharged in advance, even regular people.

Yep, I have also noticed the same. BSNL 3G is much much faster than Jio 4G.

I recharged for 6 months in airtel now airtel is sucking in my area before i switched to Airtel from jio due to congestion seems same happened to airtel now.
And to my surprise now voda seems to doing great.
Jio speed always 4- 8 MBPS
About 200-500 kbps(20-50KB/s) day time.
After 10 11 it peaks 5-6mbps(600-700KB/s)
Bsnl 4g gives 10 12 mbps.(1-1.5MB/s)
Airtel when i recharged with 35 2 3 months back gave speed of 8-10mbps but when i got free 10gb data(promotional) fup of 1mbps was there🥺so never played with after that.

This is our awesome speed on Jio. Today is my lucky day I guess otherwise I hardly get 2Mbps. 
12-13 mbps
In the day time, after tweaking the band 1-2Mbps.
After 12 midnight 6-8 Mbps.
Without band changing 100-500 Kbps.
How to tweak band? Any easy guide to do that? I want to try it.

During daytime I am getting 1-3mbps, but after midnight it touches 14mbps

i don’t know how much speed i get in my jio number. but, i watch 4k 60fps videos without buffering daily. downloading a 1gb file max. time 3-4 mins.
1gb file in 3 mins is approx 40mbps,this is good speed.

Upload: 6.3mbps
Jio is no better, not using Jio at current location.

Either I have to stay awake late night (12:30am) or getup (very) early in the morning (4-6am) ..as I can finish the daily quota in < 20mins only then..
8am-11pm … I hardly finish 400MB data

After 6th December, I Am Seeing Improvement In Speed In Jio.
Specially In Peak Hours.
