I try this without a jio sim got 5g unlimited

It is actually not a trick per se but just changing the way Jio connects to Network. I applied the same settings last night (Before the post here) and speed is much better for me. The main issue for me was that images were not loading and with this new apn setting, evey thing is working as it should.

Before making fun of OP, do try and if it does not work, you can mock him

May be your device supports ipv4 protocol better than ipv6 n nothing else
This has got nothing related to Jio throttling network speeds.
Acc to OP video, speeds increased by almost 4 times which is nothing but crap

This has got nothing related to Jio throttling network speeds.
Acc to OP video, speeds increased by almost 4 times which is nothing but crap

As you said, maybe it is some other factor like my device supports ipv6 (default was ipv4) but there is marked improvement in browsing experience.

I have used speedify. It’s another bullcrap.

I use speedtest.net and the speeds are horrible with both the apns.

I get peak time speed of 1-2Mbps while after 12 @ night, speed increases to 7-10Mbps. As I said, only difference is in browsing, it is much quicker- ping has actually reduced from 200+ms to 70ms (Just checked).

Nothing new in this video.
Even jio CC asks to do these setting to get a better speed.
Once faced a speed problem and called their CC and the agent told me to do all this setting, I did and it worked like a charm.

Without speedify downloading speed is 200 KBps
With speedify speed is 1MBps on band 5

It didn’t do anything in my case. Btw, speedify is just like a VPN. It has a server in Bangalore where all your traffic will be re-directed to.

Even if you are getting 10-20% of the network signals for Band 40 you will be the getting same speeds as of Band 5
