Jio Unlimited preview help.

I had purchased a lyf flame 2 on 8/07/16. The sim was activated on 13/07. I got the initial 2gb data but didn’t get unlimited preview offer. I complained regarding the same to jio care on 14th. Today I was told by jio care that my handset has been used to activate offer on some other no. They registered complaint to activate the offer for my no. on this handset. The retailer has used my handset for some other sim. I confronted him regarding this and he has offered to exchange the piece. What should I do. Will my sim work if I exchange the handset for new one after the offer has been activated on the current handset. Jio users and experts please help me out.

I bought from Relaince Mobile store as I thought they are direct retailers. But they are just a franchise store and not authorized to even activate the sim cards. They send documents to jio office for activation. Digital guys activate it themselves.

Finally my unlimited preview offer has been activated. If you have raised a complaint ask the customer care guy to transfer your call to his senior. You will get quick resolution of your complaint.
