JIOFI hotspot is it unlimited without 4GB cap?

i hav one prblm…all jio premium app got auto loggged in….except my jio…i am using jiofi device bought after 5 September. ..but how to check usage n all..plss help about my jio app login

Yesterday I used 8.8 gb and today it is already 5.7 gb (I am under welcome offer)👍

4GB limit applies to every device (JioFi/LYF/any 4G device)
Don’t believe in online rumors
You might be able to download more than 4GB but that’s just because Jio server is having issues

Why doesn’t that server problem happen to us Lyf users

Need some help, I bought one JioFi-2 device and tried to use that instead of my existing broadband plan(ACT -1050), but I am getting pathetic speeds in download and browsing(download less than 30kbps).
I haven’t even exhausted my 2gb to move to welcome offer yet(been 3 weeks since I am using this).

Is there a solution for this or should I move back to ACT? I am from hyderabad.
RSRP : -104dBm
RSRQ : -11dB
SINR : 5dB

try finding some better place ur network seem to be poor at present location, keep device in other place and try or test speed outside first

As I have noticed they signal doesn’t make much of a difference for Jio network. It’s good enough. Try changing the apn setting to IPv4. If that doesn’t help call CC.

It IS happening to maybe few of us.. Since last 4-5 days I’m downloading 10GB+ without any speed cap.. Wind 6 user here…

downloaded 300GB+

Tried APN, didn’t help much. Also in speedtest.net it shows around 7-8mbps but real speed is too low.
Does calling CC really help?

This problem has been bugging many of us since a month. The ping is low and jitter is high hence the the webpages open too slow and video keep buffering. Call CC and tell them Jioplay keeps buffering and so does YT. Webpages don’t open.

is this device still worth buy and dependable ? Are we getting atleast 1 Mbps ?
I am thinking of using it as my internet option at home . i will not be downloading more than 4 GB in a day .

Speeds are ok here in bangalore
with VPN i get min 1MBps download speed all the time
