Lol need to recharge the Prime membership. Can’t do now.
sometimes after OS update, it does not recognise the handset. You need to clear all data and re-login from start. Also update app to latest version

I am not receiving OTP fpr registration. Is a jio number mandatory for creating a Jo Money account?
When does it allow to login in app? Are there recharge failures 
very poor app i m getting always failed money add money transaction amount debit and not credit in jio wallet all problem comes with after new update

I tried using 3 different accounts, on 3 different phones with 2 different WiFi connections and Jio 4G connection.
Still the same issue.
P.S. asked two of my friends to do the same, they are having no issues.
Jio Money CC is not replying as well. Twitter guys suck. No mail reply till now.

Try different combinations of mpin . Don’t keep a simple one. That workee for me.

Kya musibat h yaar… 1 saal se jadha purani app h, Still having such basic Issue LAME
Such a worst app…. it shows error while procsng the request while seting mpin… my jio money number is 8804918050… i hv 19500 in my wallet but useless without opening the app…costmr care says to wait for 48 hr but its gone 60 hr+…. show guys m not going to advine any body to use jio money.. jio dont make costomer… they just make cstmr fooll……now , i want to go for consumer court but just wtng for some more time for solution
