He’s known to evoke peals of laughter but on Friday morning popular comedian Kapil Sharma raised eyebrows when he sent out an angry tweet tagging none other than Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The comedian claimed that he had been paying Rs 15 crore as income tax for the past five years, but still had to pay Rs 5 lakh as a bribe to the Mumbai civic body – the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.

issue was of bribery of a employee of dept action was to be taken from BMC or Vigilance Dept , and then cmo responsible , pmo is last step of this .
in rich class cases bribery mostly takes place when we want things as per our needs or skipping any law , in poor class case it is daily routine and no one want to even notice that bcoz that person is not a public figure thus cant get attention so no need to solve his issue . also as per same tv news kapil did few violation and also few social activists confirmed the same . and that corrupt officer instead of taking action got golden chance for bribe .
Bribery is present in every state and it can be wiped only when we ourselves get changed first and follow law or refuse to bribe . + law is strict against corruption only need to apply that in perfect manner .
