Any way to contact komparify guys ?
Like mobile number or something
I had bought an amazon gv and didnt receive it on email, coincidentally i also entered wrong mobile number in that order, so not able to retrieve it with OTP
I sent them an email but they are not understanding the issue, 10 days have passed but havent received the GV, sent message on facebook but no reply there, any experience with them in similar issues ?

There is call back service available to get assistance regarding DTH subscription. Try your luck.

Inform them that you are not getting OTP on your number instead of the reason that you entered a wrong mobile number. And ask them to resend the voucher on email.
Not yet bro, they said they have transferred to concerned department, that I would get voucher in 24 hours, let’s see
i had similiar issue but they resent me on email after raising ticket
