does anyone getting issue in funding the kotak 811 bank account using debit card?
i am getting the following error while funding
net:ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
this happens when i enter the OTP and it is coming back to the 811 appliction from the payment gateway. Although the payment gets deducted but 811 does not get credited always.
tried with 4 different debit cards from visa master and rupay as well.
anyone here?

Yes it is …my 10k is not yet credited which was funded on 5th dec.
Not credited since last 14 days, already raised an complaint
With same error?

Same happened with me yesterday. 7k stuck.
Faced same error for the first time yesterday, although I have used the debit card before almost 8-10 times to fund the kotak account.
Edit: Just checked. 7k got credited to my Kotak account, maybe after some hours of making txn.
@gaurav.dahiya @DealDimers Any other Digital savings account, other than DBS Digi and this one, which allows credit of funds via DC? Please let me know if possible. Thanks.
m also facing same problem since last 7 days using Visa, RuPay & mastercard.
but everyday my money automatically credited after 4-5hrs.
Yes it gets credited. But my 10k is still pending which was funded via rupay.
As per twitter,they say that this is a technical glitch and they are working on it.

issue is not fix yet.
today loaded 5k + 5K via RuPay card at 11:30am, transaction not successful that time but just checked both amount credited now.

i am not sure a bank can just sit around when they have issue in their payment gateway itself. From a technical point of view, this should be priority 1 severity high issues for them.
Almost 20 days now, but still no update on refund …
where it is pending ? On acquirer bank or issuer bank?

30 days passed, still no update on the amount stuck from either of the banks 
My 2 trx were failed, out of which one got credited yesterday.
Dnt add money to kotak. Its waste now. They have not resolved issue.

@TEMPER had a chat with their manager in customer care, he assured him that the issue be resolved EOD (yesterday)
its working now.. money crediting within 2/3 minutes

Kotak 811 is becoming worst day by day.Closing kotak account now.
Suggestions needed for opening SBI account with debit card for discount on fk,Amazon,sd.
Rupay, although written as supported by app, but transaction never go through.
Yet to find rupay bin numbers which go through payzapp.
These days i feel SBI is many times better than kotak when considering their services

well the funding of account using debit card is instant. as verified today.
but they limited to only 3 transactions per month 🤨
