Lazypay bookmyshow fraud - help needed

Yesterday there were 2 unauthorized txns on my bookmyshow account for 2125 each, total 4250 for purchase of gift cards. The payment was made via lazypay.
I contacted bookmyshow and they have raised an incident and said they need 48hrs to investigate. I contacted lazypay they were not that helpful. They said file cyber crime FIR and we will look into it.
If someone has experienced this please advise what to do. Should I pay lazypay dues on 18th? Will it affect my credit score if I don’t pay?
Also please delink lazypay from all accounts. Not a safe payment option as no otp is asked.

In Zomato for example, it doesn’t ask otp if you have linked once

Haven’t shared my bookmyshow account with anyone
With digitization comes hacking for which we+Service providers+govt+Police are not yet ready.
If something goes wrong its chaos even for the most educated.
Govt should bring law with strict punishment for cyber crimes including OTP sharing cases(to reverse txn in 72hrs like in China-UnionPay) and make it easy to file FIR
@adnan_d92. I faced exact same issue today. I contacted both BMS and Lazypay. Did you file the FIR? Lazypay was saying that there is some online portal for filing cybercrime complaints like this. Do you have that portal details?
There is no way to do this online.. I’m waiting for bookmyshow to get back to me

BookMyShow is really the best when it comes to customer service.
i experienced d same on bookmyshow….i entered my debit card details n got otp , but payment was incomplete n i was tedirected to lazypay page to rety d payment n then no otp was asked n payment was successfull n money was debuted too. since then i m gettint calls n messages from lazypay dt i m yet to make a payment of somewhat 700/- whcih i did on lazypay…….how come ? I hv told dem i file a complaint if they dont stop calling me coz d money was debited already
I have had the same problem. Bookmyshow is linked with lazypay. So I have removed my bookmyshow app. I did not know about lazypay at all but they say I asked for a loan of an absurd 800 rupees. Pay them and close the issue. They use dirty tactics. I said I wanted to visit with a HDFC bank rep and the police. They said they were not authorised to give their names and location.
this is worrisome, how are hackers accessing BMS A/Cs ? have they been compromised somehow
If I’m not wrong, lazypay requires otp for each transaction then how did that person get otp?
