Hi Guys, Please be aware if you buying any product of Leeco specially from Lamall.com. I have purchased a Le2 from their official website on 28th June and I got it on 1st July after opening I saw a little dent on top of the body and also it was heating a lot while charging so I placed a return request on 2nd July on their website. After placing return request i saw a this message “Your application has been successfully submitted. Waiting for customer service processing” My application number was 2016070200014. After that I have waited for 5-6 days and then i started calling them on customer care numbers but I did not get any satisfactory response yet. Now even after 10 days my phone is not picked up and I have mailed also but not getting replies from them. I have tried to contact them on their facebook also but their also they are not responding. On their website its clearly mentioned that they have 10 days no question asked return policy still they are doing like this.

they do not fulfil what they promise

Its more then 10 days Le CC never contacted and not responding….
Simple reason why they named the company Le (give) and not De (take back) guys !

Same here bro!!!! No updates…My phone was picked up on 17th July.But still there is no updates.
I always read it as LELO !! Now I see why.
