Lenovo K5 - VoLTE support

hi
I have bought Lenovo vibe K5 few weeks back.
I have also acquired a Jio sim from a friend’s Samsung handset
I am able to use Data but can’t make calls. I think my phone is not VoLTE supported. Is there any trick to use calling feature/ enable VoLTE function ??
