of late i have seen a few thread about people getting conned by few frauds, when i suggested them to give a police complaint against such fraud they laughed at it by asking “seriously dude?” on 30th june this guy @ Imashish conned me for amazon cashback voucher of 500 inr for 150 paytm ,he send me an invalid voucher so pmed him a lot of times and had a few chat with him but his tone really pissed me of yesterday night . now i kept requesting him for screenshot of the amazon voucher which he completely chose to ignore . he even had the audacity to say did i rob you of your Swiss money or what.ad at last he said do what you can and left the pm chat, he still post in others thread selling thees voucher, nd i post just below his post warning others not to buy from him, and you know what this guy stooped to level of mocking me by saying do what you can.
so unlike others i choose to act upon it , i decided i would face him legally and school him properly. so my lawyer suggested me to first file a complaint against him and that is what i did first thing in the morning.
here it is for you people to have a look at it


now he will have to pay me my 150 + my advocates per hour fee and a fine for all misbehaving he did towards me , which sums up to 4,00,000 + any other charges which occurs due to his wrongful deeds at actuals
and admins please do not suspend him as that is not a solution .

They can very well explain the situation, at what time and by whom was the code used
the code was invalid not used one
means a random alphanumeric digits 
If at all this case proceeds, then misusing the frapp offer also one of the concerns for him. May be for both.
@AnnamalaiNryaa you did the right thing. Make this chor suffer. This thief said he got the code and forwarded it to you,now he don’t have the role in this matter. Means he will sell anything invalid and the buyer have to contact cc to get it work. Well done chor. If you would have not filed this case he never would have replied,forget about refund. Face him legally and now court will make him pay huge amount and maybe a imprisonment of a year. This thief will now become an example for everyone. Don’t leave him. Good work by you.

We don’t know whose the fault is behind wrong code , but can easily see seller’s attitude on trade from proofs provided by you.
Trading is not only collecting money, it’s incomplete until buyers stratification.
Don’t back if someone say it’s Just 150.We have face of Gandhiji on 10rs and also in 2000rs. Law is law.
This thread will be useful in future to avoid fraudsters here…

Dude, as received from your latest convo with Ashish, it’s been a great solution you have offered. The poor chap is seen suffered for his doings and now under repercussions. May be he learnt it the hard way. So, let it be this way and do close this matter here itself. Glad that, this has not went too far and he stepped in soon which saved you both from further chaos. It was mere misunderstanding and his wrong attitude that brought you guys to this.
