LIC Bill Payment - Renewal Not Received

Hello guys ,

I have auto renewal bill payment for LIC on my HDFC CC .

I received SMS from HDFC that money debited to pay SmartPay LIC.

there is no communication from LIC that premium received . is there anyway to check or find the premium receipt . I tried my online account on LIC website to know the premium payment status . but there is not option on there website . agent is following me on this smile and said that premium payment not received and to pay the amount through him .

I can see that the policy is marked as bill payment method on LIC website.

Pay Date : 18 feb 2019
Due Date : 28 Jan 2019
grace period due date : 28 feb 2019
money deducted from HDFC CC : 19th Feb 2019

I only want to know the payment status from LIC

Log in to there app click on basic services and the on policy premium paid statement and it will show u the payment details…

After logging in, click on “Basic Services” under “My Apps”. Then on the left hand side menu (dark blue background), scroll down and click on “Policy Premium Paid Statement”. Select your policy and “Generate Statement”.
