Not exactly
For instance majority of these hubs are not in Bangalore Urban ..they come under rural which is not red zone (Hoskote, Nelamangala hubs for Amazon/Flipkart…)
May be it is same for other cities too?

Edit: Bangalore Rural is also red zone but the state is planning to relax restrictions there*

Non-Essential should be allowed in Red Zone also as people want to buy necessary electronics appliances for Work from Home.

Don’t think non-essential goods entry is permitted in red zones
Point 24 seems inconclusive
But again local stores are allowed to sell non-essential stuff even in Red Zones so they need goods too..so possibility is there

They should (e-commerce deliveries) especially when local stores are allowed to sell
May be they’re trying to support small store owners by forcing people to buy from them

Dont understand how lockdown is continued. Most things are open now and people will start moving out and taking things less seriously. This is despite today’s cases nearing 2500. neutral_face

Yes, they have to manage all losses due to closed shops and will hike prices even more now. Customers will have no other option rather than buying from them.

How?

In India , test is conducting at very slow rate
So the above cases are not even accurate since massive test are not conducting
I assume that after opening lockdown cases will highly arise and the govt has to again lockdown things
