Central govt told all private employers should pay full salaries but state govts will start cutting salaries now probably. This will now lead to a domino effect and private employers will start firing employees left and right. If they are taken to court they will point fingers at the state govts.

This is the same Telangana CM who announced 10L aid to 2000 families (400 crores) from his native. He didn’t pay that from his pocket but he wanted to become a legend in his native. Not that supporting farmers is wrong but why those 2000 families got extra benefits? They will spend tax payers money for vote bank and screw the state’s financial health, they lose nothing.

Some positive news at last

Exemplary for people believing so much in (hyped) govt job security.. that’s so high among peers and the reason for many mishaps in the country. Govt can’t empty their coffers to manage both the damages by subsidies/ relief and to write fat cheques to gov babus. Hope their own MLAs join hands for this noble cause. Ffs..
This is indeed the collateral damage done to this country’s economy. Hopefully they find some other alternative.

With so many small shops, businesses, etc already shut or going to be shut in the coming days.
Government initially asking the private companies to pay their employees, but now themselves reducing the salary for these months.
Private companies laying off (in the other thread) and possibly cutting salaries.
Lakhs of Labours and daily wagers running homeless and hungry.

I fear this is going to be a Bloodbath in the near future

Never expected to see so much pain and suffering all around. It feels so terrible and depressing. And this is after me personally doing fine. I can’t even imagine the pain of those who are going through all this. Shit.

All Govt employees aren’t millionaires.

ONLY CORRUPT GOVT EMPLOYEES ARE MILLIONAIRES, SOME ARE EVEN BILLIONAIRES.
