looking for any Electricity bill Payment discount or CB code

I am looking any available deal for Rs17000 Electricity bill payment for UHBVN,
I have already used Payzapp for this month and Paytm is no go as they give Bill codes activating in july while last date is
26th june, Any help will be much appreciated.
