I have an HP Pavilion 15-D002TX Laptop. All was working well before updating my windows version to 1809. Though i noticed some weird display issues, i ignored them hoping they will get sorted out in few days. Here is a example
Can anyone help me to rectify this issue .

First i thought some pixelation or UI issue
Wasn’t sure are things looked fine.
Mostly drivers or IRQ priority conflicts is all that used to cause display or adapter issues.
Don’t know how it goes now
