Twice it happened with me today.
Bought Amazon voucher. Paid 900 via credit card. Payment successful and immediately magicpin sends SMS “Oops! Something went wrong while purchasing your coupon. Your refund will be processed shortly.” And then refund is processed. Anyone else faced this issue and knows what the reason might be ?
