PS: It is a common problem if anyone relocates to a different state.
Few of us would have faced the issue of paying “Life Time Tax” twice/thrice, its hassle and harassment by traffic police/RTO!
If you have got your vehicle transferred, you know the pain. The refund never gets processed!
