hi friends,
Recently I have placed an order with Mamaearth. out of two shampoos i have recieved only one. whenever i contact them they will be like we will send again or no response. it’s been 20 days almost but no response. Can someone suggest what else can be done

First, take it in writing with an exact timeline of delivery that they will send the other one. Also, tell them to generate the orderID as soon as possible and mail it to you.

They sent me only one toothpaste out of 3 toothpaste . I contacted them and they said they will ship it, However nothing happened for 20 days. I contacted them again and its shipped now.
