i seriously need direct contact info of senior management dept/personel of MMX since im getting no resolution for my in warranty TAB. Its been in the service center/factory for repairs for more than a month and a half now. Cc is good for nothing except speaking their scripts of apology. I call up everytime im been told its not repaired yet n im FED UP with their GOOD FOR NOTHING ATTITUDE n despo to get my TAB back ;(
is there some way to get a new replacement or a full refund since tab was 6 months old when handed over for tech issues? Im sure unless their senior officers are involved; nothing would happen.
KINDLY HELP WITH NUMBERS/EMAIL IDs OF THEIR PR; SERVICE HEAD OR SERVICE LEAD TO CONTACT N GET IT SORTED.
