I too have migraine and I have observed few things which cause it in my case:
1) severe acidity
2) stress (personal or work related)
I take cold milk first thing in the morning to calm my acidity. If I know cold milk isn’t going to cut it, just take an antacid.
I also get some candies (like the orange ones) which can give me sugar by just keeping in my mouth.
If nothing works, your entire day is wasted!
I used to see black and white patches everywhere and couldn’t even sleep. I prefer to not have acidic food to avoid that horrible feeling of migraine.
Use a PWM free display
Just follow high fat high protein low carb diet.
you will get relief in one week.
You need to eat twice a day only OR better one time only with clear veg/nonveg souo.
Meditation and yoga helps.
