So far 2 items are missing. I m asking customer cAre regarding missing items. But I feel big basket is better for groceries. If any item goes missing the refund initiated by delivery person himself leading to validation of missing items. But Amazon can’t do it

They refunded after deducting cashback on item. For 100 rs item got 60.8

..may be they will send in other box….it happened with me….two times…may b human error…but i got my refund…but that was not related to this loot on prime day…
