Once recharge is successful on online recharge sites it cannot be reversed back.
Ask that person whom u did recharge for refund or do the same recharge in your number…
Just give it a try.
While offline retailer recharge can be easily reversed

Bro, Payment can’t be reversed.
Try to call that person and request for payment in installment.
