to 19th jan ..I paid at Apollo pharmacy 285/- via mobikwik on 17th jan for my purchase and should get redeemed my 100 super cash into wallet cash in 24 hours but didn’t converted yet

Are you on full kyc ?
Otherwise there is a monthly limit of 100 SC , check if you have exhausted that
