It's really sad that you forget your mobikwik login email... Now you are locked out...!! 
Many suffer this problem due to innumerable accounts.
Simple solution...
Just use some app or website to go to payment page of mobikwik (Faasos,BMS etc)
The app goes in payment with your number.
Mobikwik shows your login email id there. 
Use the email id to login.. Cheers!!!

Well I dont know what you may be doing… Faasos can be tried… choose mobikwik wallet and click next… you will see your email id there… when you will be asked to enter OTP

well I think it should work on any site… just go to the page where you are asked to enter OTP.
